Immerse yourself in a protected space for deep relaxation, inner clarity, and transformative energy.
In this 60-minute session, you will be accompanied by two facilitators, Lilly and Lisa, who will create a safe environment in which you can let go, arrive, and connect with your own energy.
Through a combination of music, presence, and energetic guidance, your nervous system can calm down while inner processes gently unfold. Each experience is individual—from deep relaxation to emotional release to new clarity and vitality. Everything is allowed to be there, nothing has to be.
This session invites you to let go of your head, get back in touch with your feelings, and connect with your inner self. For more ease, balance, and connection—in the moment and beyond!
