February 20, 2026 marks the beginning of a new zodiac cycle and thus deliberately stands for orientation and new beginnings.
This can encourage self-reflection and help us to consciously perceive and realign our inner selves.
Consciousness-expanding methods such as Kundalini Light Activation (KLA) support such moments of transition and facilitate access to a more sensitive self-awareness.
Why KLA?
As children, we are naturally connected to our inner experiences. However, over the course of our lives, we gradually distance ourselves from this through education, cultural influences, and social adaptation. Our focus then often shifts outward. Unnoticed, we adopt the beliefs, expectations, and limitations of our environment. Our own needs, impulses, and bodily signals become quieter. Instead, it seems important to function or conform to a certain image. Our sense of self becomes more uncertain, and we are less connected to ourselves.
