About the event
Experience Kundalini Light Activation live in-person in a group session.
An on-site group session lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours. We start with a brief introduction to what Kundalini Light Activation is and what to expect in the session. This is followed by a short demonstration before we move into the one-hour energy transmission. As you lie on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, music plays in the background. You remain fully conscious throughout the entire session.
Kundalini Light Activation is a safe method, as the energy flows only as far as you allow it. We do not force this deep state through substances like cacao, ayahuasca, or special breathing techniques, as is the case with Kundalini Yoga, for example.
