The full moon phase is a time of maximum energy and light, which can intensify the work with energies. In addition, the full moon promotes emotional clarity and the strengthening of intentions, making it easier to achieve spiritual and personal goals.
This on-site group session lasts approximately 2-2.5 hours. We start with a short intro on what Kundalini Light Activation is and what to expect in the session before we move on to the 90 minute energy transmission. While you lie on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, music is played loudly. You remain fully conscious during the entire session.
