Experience a Kundalini Rising Session (KuRi) live on-site in a group session.
KuRi is a deep energetic practice that has the potential to induce transcendental states of consciousness and activate our own natural life force energy within us. This power leads us to spiritual development and growth, freeing us from blockages, self-imposed limitations, energetic burdens, and thus unlocking our full potential as human beings.
An Open Class Session lasts approximately 2 hours. We start with a brief intro explaining what KuRi is and what to expect in the session. This is followed by a short demonstration before we transition into the one-hour energy transmission.
While lying on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, music will be played aloud. You remain fully conscious throughout the entire session. KuRi is a potent yet safe, natural, and gentle energy practice, as the energy flows only as far as you allow…
