Experience On-Site:
- Life Force Activation (90 minutes) - Awaken your life force energy (Kundalini energy). Release everything that no longer serves you and connect with your higher self.
- Introduction to Non-Duality - Explanation of the construct "Non-Duality."
- Oneness Meditation - Feel unity, bliss, and infinite love, merging with all that is.
- Vipassana Body Scan Meditation - Go beyond mind and matter. Turn from the inside out into absolute nothingness, into absolute infinity.
- Non-Dual Transmission (2x) - In the first exercise, you will experience unmanifested consciousness and encounter your divine self. In the second exercise, you will experience deep connection and boundless love in accepting all the beauty and wisdom that life offers.
- “Inhabit the Body Meditation” - Ground yourself, bring the non-dual energy back into your body, and rebalance your energy system.
- Vegan Lunch Snack on Sunday - Keep your body, mind, and soul light and pure.
This session will be conducted in German and English.
