About the event
"Everything is energy with its own vibration."
When our own vibration is out of balance, we become ill, stressed, anxious, depressed or exhausted and tense. We often lose touch with ourselves in everyday life and can no longer find our way back to peace.
In recent years, the effects of sound baths have moved beyond spiritual practice and into science and medicine. And not without good reason, because crystal singing bowls can have a powerful effect:
✺They guide us back to our natural balance
✺Increase the vibrations in our body
✺Influence our nervous system
✺Activate our relaxation reflexes and interrupt the pain response
✺Bring the brain into the theta state, also known as the healing frequency.

Would you like to bring your body back into the right vibration?
No prior knowledge is required for this group session. All you need to do is relax on your yoga mat and let yourself be carried by the sounds of the crystal bowls. While the session is a visual and spiritual journey for some, others enter a deep state of relaxation. But ultimately what counts is how you feel after the session.
This session will be conduced in German and English.
