Systemic Constellation as a Representative - with Rita in Munich

Usually, the constellation lasts between 1 to a maximum of 2 hours, with a brief introduction and explanation provided for all participants beforehand.

In advance, I will conduct a solution-focused one-on-one discussion with the person bringing the issue, which will last a maximum of 1 hour.

Afterwards, the person bringing the issue, or also called the focus, will intuitively select suitable representatives from the existing group of participants to illustrate their topic. We will work discreetly – meaning the rest of the group won't be aware of the issue. Based on years of experience, it has been observed that representatives often reveal their own issues during a session, and ideally, initial solutions may already emerge here.

During the constellation, the focus is purely on physical perception, which becomes evident within the setup, and not on interpretation. As a mentor, I guide the entire group through this process.

To conclude, there will be a group sharing session, during which the focus can decide whether to disclose their issue. Representatives often provide valuable information on the presented topic and offer tips to complete the constellation.
