Systemic Constellation in Munich - with Rita in Munich

In a constellation, you can look at your topic from the outside and be your own spectator on your stage set to, among other things:

• Gain insights into a current seemingly unsolvable situation
• Make decisions more easily
• Recognize communication issues with important individuals
• Solidify goals, desires, and dreams
• Find access to yourself and possibly bring unseen issues to the surface.

As a rule, the constellation lasts between 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours. One hour before the actual constellation begins, I conduct a solution-focused preliminary discussion in private with the focus person. The focus person is the person who will choose their own theme for this constellation. All other participants will arrive at the venue 1 hour later (i.e. 5.00 pm) and will participate in this constellation as representatives.

As soon as the constellation begins, the focus person will intuitively choose the appropriate representatives from the circle of participants and thus illustrate their topic. We will work undercover, i.e. the rest of the group will not know the topic. Many years of experience have shown that the representatives also reveal their own issues during participation and, ideally, their own initial approaches to solutions can already emerge here.

During the constellation, it is purely about physical perceptions, which are clearly revealed in the constellation, and not about interpretation. As a mentor, I guide the entire group through this process.

At the end of the constellation, there is a round of sharing, where the focus person can decide whether they want to share their topic. The representatives often provide valuable information about the topic and tips for the focus person and round off the constellation picture.
