Kundalini Light Activation

KLA (Kundalini Light Activation®) is a protected method of consciousness work that enables deep inner processes – without drugs, without active exercises, and without dogma.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, Kundalini Light Activation® does not rely on analysis or conscious reflection. Instead, it works on a deeper, body-centered level. The method targets areas where unconscious patterns, stress responses, and automatic behaviors are stored – in both body and brain.

During a KLA session, specific areas of the brain and nervous system are gently engaged to support self-regulation and inner stability. This can create a state in which processing is facilitated, the system opens up, and lasting change is supported from within.

What effects can KLA have?

● Emotional stability
↓ Deep stress reduction
☾ Improved sleep quality
✦ Confidence & clarity
↺ Lasting pattern change (e.g., addictive behaviors)

How does a KLA session work?

A Kundalini Light Activation® (KLA) group session typically lasts about two hours and takes place in a calm, protected environment.

At the beginning of the session, the Facilitator provides a brief introduction. This includes an explanation of what KLA is, the principles behind the method, and how the session will proceed. The goal is to create transparency, set expectations, and provide a clear, safe framework.

The KLA Session

During the session, participants lie comfortably on a mat with their eyes closed, accompanied by music. They remain fully conscious and aware throughout.

Kundalini Light Activation® is a gentle, non-invasive method that works with the body’s natural regulatory and perceptual processes. The session only activates what each individual system is ready for at that moment—without pressure, manipulation, or external influence. Every experience is unique and unfolds according to each participant’s pace and inner resources.

The method does not involve substances, special breathing techniques, or active exercises. There are no expectations or rules about how experiences should appear or feel. Participants do not need to “do” anything—they can simply perceive, relax, and receive within a safe space.

Closing and Integration

At the end of the session, participants have the option to share experiences, perceptions, or insights with the group. Sharing is voluntary and can help support the integration of the experience. Each participant decides for themselves whether and what to share.

The Facilitator also provides guidance for integration and remains available after the session for questions or follow-up on any topics that arise.
